Mae map Cymuned<\/em> yn darparu deunyddiau ategol i gefnogi dysgwyr 7-16 oed ac ymarferwyr <\/span>i ddysgu ac addysgu am hanes amrywiaeth o gymunedau lleiafrifol yng Nghymru. Mae\u2019r map yn adlewyrchu Cymru ddoe a heddiw, ein treftadaeth ddiwylliannol amrywiol, ein gwerthoedd a thraddodiadau ein cymunedau.<\/p>\n Mae 40 o gofnodion yn y map cychwynnol sy\u2019n ein tywys ar daith trwy Gymru a hanes cyfoethog ei chymunedau amrywiol. \u00a0Mae\u2019r map yn cyflwyno hanesion modelau r\u00f4l sy\u2019n ysbrydoli ac yn datgelu rhai o ddigwyddiadau mwyaf arwyddocaol hanes cymunedau lleiafrifol Cymru. O stori gyffrous ysb\u012bwyr dewr Iddewig yn Aberdyfi, i hanes p\u00eal-droediwr Nepalaidd-Gymreig \u00a0dawnus yn Aberhonddu.\u00a0 Rydyn ni\u2019n dathlu straeon ymgyrchwyr gwrth-hiliaeth, gwyddonwyr, athletwyr, beirdd, cerddorion a mwy. Ein gobaith yw y bydd map Cymuned<\/em> yn sbarduno dysgu ac yn fan cychwyn taith gyffrous i\u2019r dysgwr.<\/p>\n Mae map Cymuned<\/em> yn astudio hanes a straeon amrywiol Cymru, sy\u2019n rhan bwysig o\u2019r gwaith o fodloni dibenion y Cwricwlwm i Gymru. Bydd yr adnodd hwn yn tyfu dros y bum mlynedd o\u2019r dyddiad cyhoeddi, gyda thri lleoliad o ddiddordeb yn cael eu hychwanegu ar y map bob tymor ysgol. Erbyn 2028 bydd cyfanswm o 85 lleoliad o ddiddordeb ar y map.
